AS Decor Paints is an enterprise-grade cloud POS and Inventory ERP engineered specifically for the paint and surface-coating retail industry. The platform streamlines counter billing, automates complex variant management, and safeguards business margins.
Traditional retail systems fail to address paint industry complexities - where single products split into hundreds of base-and-shade permutations across diverse can sizes, and contractor discounts often erode shop margins without oversight. How does the ERP handle paint shade and can-size variants?
The inventory engine models products hierarchically: Category -> Product Line -> Base/Finish -> Shade and Volume (1L, 4L, 10L, 20L). Each variant tracks distinct barcodes, purchase costs, selling prices, and minimum stock threshold triggers.
Can multiple billing counters operate simultaneously without stock discrepancies?
Yes. The system utilizes Server-Sent Events (SSE) and server-side atomic reservations so when one terminal bills an item, all other counter screens and the warehouse terminal update instantaneously.
Does the system support both GST and Non-GST bills?
Yes. Counter staff can toggle between compliant GST tax invoices (with complete HSN and tax breakup) and standard estimation/non-GST slips according to the customer's transaction requirements.
How are contractor discounts and margins protected?
Contractors are assigned predefined discount profiles. The POS checks live item cost baselines and alerts or blocks transactions that would result in a negative or below-threshold net margin.
